Club de Niños y Niñas de México follows the model developed by the Boys & Girls Clubs of America proven track records of changing and saving lives by developing at-risk children into positive and confident adults.  The clubs in Mexico are open to children ages 6 to 16, especially from low-income families, offering a positive alternative to being alone at home or in the streets before and after school without adult supervision, subjected to bad influences from gangs, drugs, prostitution and many other risks.

A dedicated group of tutors encourages the personal development of club members by offering them academic support, sports, arts, and other programs and activities, many of which are based on programs developed by the American Boys & Girls Clubs.  Club de Niños y Niñas de México offers that and more.

Club members learn how to develop meaningful relationships through caring, appreciation, acceptance and guidance. Staff members encourage members to develop a moral character and reinforce high expectations. Through a health and life skills program, children engage in activities such as cooking and nutrition education classes, and also enjoy physical fitness and recreational activities.
